As usual, this title is bound to be another popular title from the ‘Armor at War’ series. This second part of a 2 volume set follows the 4th Panzer Division in 1944. During the retreat, 4th Panzer Division fought a victorious battle at Kovel in early 1944. After this battle, the division was equipped with Panther tanks. The Panthers and PzKpfw IVs fought alongside each other during Operation Bagration in June. August saw the division in action in Kurland, where it fought a successful rear guard action till January 1945.
Like the first volume, all photos are never before published. Rare vehicles like Luch, Hummel, Marder and Sd.Kfz. 234 are shown in this volume in companion to lots of Panther photos.
